Recombinant scFv fragment to CITH3. This product is a recombinant antibody that recognizes Human CITH3. The monoclonal antibody reacts with the epitope of CITH3. It cross-reacted with Mouse CITH3. Compared to Western blotting using the monoclonal antibody of the present invention provides enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) can be more sensitively and accurately detecting the specific CitH3 concentration in the sample, when the patient blood Ci tH3 concentration exceeds a threshold value, may suggest the diagnosis of sepsis.
