Concentrations of GAA-OVA conjugates and MAb 12 A were fixed at 2 µg/mL and 500 ng/mL, respectively. A0 and A correspond to the absorbance in the absence and presence of GAA. The inset indicates the enlarged linearized curve for GAA within the detectable range of 6.10-195 ng/mL.
