It is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes HES5 (Hes family bHLH transcription factor 5), which plays an important role as neurogenesis negative regulator. It is capable of recognizing human, mouse and rat HES5. It has been used in a variety of applications, such as Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation. The recommended dilutions of Western blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/20, respectively.
