Human Anti-IL2R Recombinant Antibody (clone chAHT107) (CAT#: FAMAB-0181YC)
The antibody is a a chimeric mouse/human MAb against the human IL-2R (Interleukin-2 receptor). It binds to a different epitope on p.55 than IL-2 and the chimeric antibodies interacted more efficiently than the murine antibody present in the PBMC cultures. This product has been determined using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Flow cytometry and Immunoprecipitation.

PMA stimulated CCRF-GEM cells were incubated with antibodies for 30min at 37°C.

Cell bound antibodies were detected with HRP-labeled goat anti-human IgG. FACScan analysis with PE-anti-CD25 confirmed preferential expression of IL-2R on stimulated CCRF-CEM cells.

PBMC were stimulated in a MLR for 4 d in the presence of 10 ug/ml antibodies. Cells were stained with PE-anti-CD25 IL-2R positive cells were identified in a flow cytometer and correspond to the upper left quadrant of the histogram.
