The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-METTL3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse METTL3. METTL3 encodes a methyltransferase subunit partaking in posttranscriptional mRNA methylation, forming N6-methyladenosine. The anti-METTL3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
