Recombinant Mouse Anti-Neisseria meningitidis N-Pr MBPS Antibody (SEAM-12) (CAT#: HPAB-0042-YJ)
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes an N-propionylated Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B capsular polysaccharide (N-Pr MBPS). Mab SEAM-12 is an IgG2a, κ antibody and could activate complement-mediated bacteriolysis. It is weakly cross-reactive with polysialic acid and may be useful for the identification of molecular mimetics capable of eliciting protective Abs specific to the bacteria, without the risk of evoking autoimmune disease.
