Rabbit Anti-NR5A2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-5I4) (CAT#: VS3-XY3454)
This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding with NR5A2 (Nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 2), which acts as a key metabolic sensor by regulating the expression of genes involved in bile acid synthesis, cholesterol homeostasis and triglyceride synthesis. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat NR5A2. It has been detected using Western Blot. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot is 1/500-1/1000.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Nuclear receptor that acts as a key metabolic sensor by regulating the expression of genes involved in bile acid synthesis, cholesterol homeostasis and triglyceride synthesis.
Together with the oxysterol receptors NR1H3/LXR-alpha and NR1H2/LXR-beta, acts as an essential transcriptional regulator of lipid metabolism.
Plays an anti-inflammatory role during the hepatic acute phase response by acting as a corepressor: inhibits the hepatic acute phase response by preventing dissociation of the N-Cor corepressor complex.
