The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PER2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human PER2. PER2 is a member of the Period family, expressed in a circadian pattern in the brain's suprachiasmatic nucleus, regulating locomotor activity, metabolism, and behavior rhythms. It interacts with CLOCK/ARNTL and PER/CRY heterodimers to regulate its expression, with polymorphisms linked to cancer risks and sleep disorders. The anti-PER2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
