The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-RELA (pSer536) Polyclonal Antibody is specific for the phosphorylated RELA (Ser536) of human, mouse and rat. The phosphorylation of RELA at serine 536 (p65 Ser536) is a key regulatory mechanism within the NF-κB pathway. It defines an IκBα-independent pathway that affects transcription and cell behavior, potentially influencing processes such as cell invasion and tumorigenesis. The anti-RELA (pSer536) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/100-1/500), Flow cytometry (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
