Rabbit Anti-SHB Recombinant Antibody (clone R26-9Q-4) (CAT#: VS3-XY3504)
It is a recombinant rabbit antibody specific for SHB (SH2 domain containing adaptor protein B), which may regulate IRS1 and IRS2 signaling in insulin-producing cells. This antibody specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat SHB. It has been reported for use in Western Blot. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot is 1/500-1/1000.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Adapter protein which regulates several signal transduction cascades by linking activated receptors to downstream signaling components.
May play a role in angiogenesis by regulating FGFR1, VEGFR2 and PDGFR signaling.
May also play a role in T-cell antigen receptor/TCR signaling, interleukin-2 signaling, apoptosis and neuronal cells differentiation by mediating basic-FGF and NGF-induced signaling cascades.
May also regulate IRS1 and IRS2 signaling in insulin-producing cells.
