H-2Kd/Human TNPO3 (SYMLQALCI) MHC Pentamer

MHC pentamers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a MHC pentamer of peptide/MHC complex composed TNPO3-derived peptide of SYMLQALCI sequence and H-2Kd molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabelled or fluorescent labelled, such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. All products are available in 50, 150 and 500 tests.

- The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear import receptor for serine/arginine-rich (SR) proteins such as the splicing factors SFRS1 and SFRS2. The encoded protein has also been shown to be involved in HIV-1 infection, apparently through interaction with the HIV-1 capsid protein. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms as well as a noncoding transcript have been found for this gene.[provided by RefSeq, Jul 2010]
