Human TCR recognizes C12H18N4O7 peptide (reduced 6-(hydroxymethyl)-8-(1-D-ribityl)lumazine) in the context of human MR1. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
