Human TCR (PG10) recognizes C43H81O13P peptide (1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoinositol (ammonium salt)) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
