Recombinant Human Anti-Cytochrome P450 Soluble TCR (JL12) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2770)
Human TCR (JL12) recognizes Cytochrome P450 peptide (KPIVVLHGY) in the context of HLA-B35. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
