This product is a recombinant human scFv-Fc antibody that specifically targets internalin B (InlB) of L. monocytogenes. The antibody was generated by phage display using the human naïve antibody libraries HAL9 and HAL10, with rInlB as the immunogen. This antibody exhibits high sensitivity and specificity for L. monocytogenes, recognizing all three major serovars (4b, 1/2a, and 1/2b) with 100% sensitivity and specificity in ELISA.
