Recombinant Human Anti-KIF4B Soluble TCR (Seq 60) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1903)
Human TCR (Seq 60) recognizes KIF4B peptide (GIAARVKNWL) in the context of HLA-DRB1*11:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (Seq 60). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
