The scFv-Fc antibody against MRSA-specific antigens: LukS-PV. These antibodies are intended for use in an antibody microarray for rapid and sensitive detection of MRSA from samples like sputum, blood, and wound fluid. LukS-PV is a component of Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL), which is secreted by S. aureus. Antibodies to LukS-PV have been used in vaccines to prevent S. aureus invasive disease.
