Recombinant Human Anti-MAGE-A3 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF2890) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2890)
Human TCR recognizes MAGE-A3 peptide (KKLLTQHFVQENYLEY) in the context of HLA-DP*0401. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
