Human TCR (LS10) recognizes Matrix protein 1 peptide (GILGFVFTL) in the context of H-2Kd. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
