Recombinant Human Anti-SEC24A Soluble TCR (MEL38) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF5070)
Human TCR (MEL38) recognizes SEC24A peptide (FLYNLLTRV) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
