Recombinant Human Anti-SHROOM2 Soluble TCR (MA12) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2365)
Human TCR (MA12) recognizes SHROOM2 peptide (KLLAGDEIV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (MA12). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
