Mouse TCR (Vα14Vβ8.2) recognizes C61H107N3O9 peptide (1-O-{6-deoxy-6-[N'-(1-naphthyl)ureido]-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl}-N-hexacosanoylphytosphingosine) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references.
