Mouse TCR (Vα14Vβ8.2) recognizes C61H107N3O9 peptide (1-O-{6-deoxy-6-[N'-(1-naphthyl)ureido]-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl}-N-hexacosanoylphytosphingosine) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (Vα14Vβ8.2). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
