Recombinant Mouse Anti-Ddx3y Soluble TCR (Marilyn) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4321)
Mouse TCR (Marilyn) recognizes Ddx3y peptide (GSANAGFNSNRANSS) in the context of H2-b class II. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
