Recombinant Mouse Anti-Ddx3y Soluble TCR (Marilyn) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1613)
Mouse TCR (Marilyn) recognizes Ddx3y peptide (GSANAGFNSNRANSS) in the context of H2-b class II. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (Marilyn). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
