Recombinant Mouse Anti-MAGEA9 Soluble TCR (A31C2-B32G7) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF493)
Mouse TCR (A31C2-B32G7) recognizes MAGEA9 peptide (KVAELVHFL) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (A31C2-B32G7). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
