    Mouse TCR (Vα14Vβ8.2) recognizes NC-GC peptide (Naphthylcarba-GalCer) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
