Background

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, and PDE4 subfamily. This PDE hydrolyzes the second messenger, cAMP, which is a regulator and mediator of a number of cellular responses to extracellular signals. Thus, by regulating the cellular concentration of cAMP, this protein plays a key role in many important physiological processes.

We tested the Rabbit Anti-PDE4A Antibody on human lung tissue lysates using Western blot. The antibody provided clear and specific bands with minimal background noise. It performed consistently across multiple experiments and worked well under standard conditions without the need for extensive optimization. Overall, it is a reliable antibody for detecting PDE4A in WB applications.

Rabbit Anti-PDE4A Antibody (VS-0722-YJ174) (CAT#: VS1-YJ174)

We used the Rabbit Anti-PDE4A Antibody for immunoprecipitation on HEK293 cell lysates. The antibody showed strong binding affinity and efficiently pulled down PDE4A with minimal non-specific interactions. It worked well with our protocol and provided reproducible results. A dependable choice for IP experiments.
