Specifications
- Antibody Overview
- Human IgG2 monoclonal Antibody (AGS15)
- Clone
- AGS15
- Antibody Isotype
- IgG2
- Linker
- mc-VC (maleimidocaproyl-valine-citrulline)
- Linker Class/Description
- Peptide linkers, belonging to Enzymatically cleavable linkers, combine greater systemic stability with rapid enzymatic release of the drug in the target cell. The scission of peptidic bonds relies on lysosomal proteolytic enzymes, which have very low activities in blood due to endogenous inhibitors and the unfavorably high pH value of blood.
- Drug
- MMAE (Monomethyl auristatin E)
- Drug Class/Description
- Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.
Target
- Introduction
- This gene encodes a member of the SLITRK protein family. Members of this family are integral membrane proteins that are characterized by two N-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains and a C-terminal region that shares homology with trk neurotrophin receptors. This protein functions as a regulator of neurite outgrowth required for normal hearing and vision. Mutations in this gene are a cause of myopia and deafness. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2014]
- Alternative Names
- SLITRK6; SLIT and NTRK-like family, member 6; DFNMYP; SLIT and NTRK-like protein 6; 4832410J21Rik; slit and trk like gene 6;
- Gene ID
- 84189
- UniProt ID
