Recombinant Mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CRAC. The antibodiess specifically bind to calcium release- activated calcium (CRAC) channels and inhibit the influx of calcium through CRAC channels. Such antibodiess can modulate T cell activation and function.
