Anti-Human IGF I Recombinant Antibody (KM1468) (CAT#: TAB-005ZJ)

This antibody strongly binds to both factors hIGF-I and hIGF-II and inhibit their functions. KM1468 does not merely recognaize an amino acid primary sequence of hIGF-I but recognizes three-dimensional structure of hIGF-I.

Control IgG (4W) represents the data of Protocol 2 and is shown again for reference. The tumor area at 8 weeks after the MCF-7 cell injection is about 3-fold larger than the area at 4 weeks after the injection, when control IgG alone is administered. The combination therapy of KM1468 and DOX significantly suppresses the growth of MCF-7 cells in HAB. Data represent means ± SE (Control IgG, n = 10; KM1468, n = 10; Control IgG + DOX, n = 6; KM1468 + DOX, n = 9)
