Recombinant Anti-human NUP88 Intrabody [+36 GFP]

Recombinant anti-NUP88 intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind the nuclear pore protein NUP88, expressed in E. coli cells. Anti-Nup88 intrabody, an anti-sense oligonucleotide or nucleic acid which is complementary to at least a functional part of a Nup88 RNA or wherein the compound is a peptide, peptide-like or non-peptide Nup88 inhibitor which can be identified by contacting the compound or libraries of peptido- mimetics, peptides, DNA or cDNA expression, combinatorial chemistry or phage display with substantially purified Nup88, fragments thereof or structural analogues thereof.
