Lanes 1 and 2 are developed by anti-pilin monoclonal antibody, lanes 3 and 4 with anti-Pa O11 polyclonal antibody. Lane 5, purified glycosylated pilin resolved by SDS-PAGE and stained by Coomassie Blue. The asterisk indicated the protein band used for MS analysis.
