Recombinant Human Antibody (KZ52) scFv Fragment is specific to ZEBOV GP, expressed in E. coli. KZ52 is an antibody isolated from a human survivor of a 1995 outbreak in Kikwit, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This antibody neutralizes Zaire ebolavirus in vitro and offers protection from lethal EBOV challenge in rodent models, but has minimal effects on viral pathogenicity in non-human primates.
