Recombinant Anti-CLEC12A & Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CLEC12A monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD3. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of CLEC12A-positive AML.
