This product is a sialylated human monoclonal antibody with glycoslyated site in Fc region. The glycoengineered antibody has reduced anti-drug immune respone, it specifically binds TNFα and can be potentially used in the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
