Recombinant Anti-Human TNF Antibody (Fc glycosylation) (CAT#: Gly-100LC)
This product is a chimeric (mouse/human) monoclonal antibody with glycoslyated site in Fc region. The antibody CNTO148 with reduced anti-drug immune response specifically binds TNFα and can be potentially used in the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
