Recombinant Human Anti-FnBPA Antibody
CAT#: MHH-369
Recombinant Human Antibody is directed against FnBPA, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-FnBPA mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-FnBPA mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Q&As
-
Is this antibody suitable for immunofluorescence staining?
A: Absolutely! This antibody works well in immunofluorescence staining. It allows you to visualize the FnBPA protein in cells under a fluorescence microscope. The specific binding ensures clear images with minimal background noise.
-
Does this antibody have high specificity for FnBPA?
A: Yes, this antibody is highly specific to the FnBPA protein of Staphylococcus aureus. It binds only to this protein, reducing non-specific signals in your assays. This specificity enhances the accuracy of your experimental results.
-
Can this antibody help me study bacterial adhesion?
A: Yes, since FnBPA is involved in bacterial adhesion, this antibody can assist you in studying how Staphylococcus aureus attaches to host cells. It's a valuable tool for exploring bacterial mechanisms.
