Rabbit Anti-ACSS2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC20) (CAT#: VS13-YC20)
The Rabbit Anti-ACSS2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat ACSS2. ACSS2 catalyzes acetate activation for lipid synthesis and energy, producing acetyl-CoA; its expression is regulated by sterol regulatory element-binding proteins. Alternative splicing yields multiple transcript variants. The anti-ACSS2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
