The anti-aflatoxin G1 monoclonal antibody provided by the invention has high sensitivity and good specificity, has a 50% inhibition concentration IC50 for aflatoxin G1 being 13.92 ng/mL, has no cross reaction with aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, or aflatoxin M1, and can be used for the determination of G1 aflatoxin.
