The antibody clone O-DARS-1 was produced by immunizing with recombinant proteins of aaRSs. It can be used for detection of human AspRS in ELISA, IF, SPR assays.

Each scFv was captured by an immobilized anti-FLAG antibody, before addition of cognate antigen. For O-DARS-1, L-KARS-9, O-LARS-9, and O-MARS-11, 5-fold serial dilutions between 0.16 and 100 nM were used.
