Clone R01-7E5 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that is designed to specifically target human BRCC3 protein, a calculated weight of 36 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R01-7E5 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
