Rabbit Anti-DYSF Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-4B1) (CAT#: VS3-XY3341)
This is a primary rabbit antibody recognizing with human DYSF (Dysferlin), which plays a role in the sarcolemma repair mechanism of both skeletal muscle and cardiomyocytes. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
