Recombinant Chicken Anti-F. verticillioides Antibody (FvCA3) (CAT#: FAMAB-0142-CN)
The mAb FvCA3 is a highly sensitive monoclonal antibody against Fusarium verticillioides, the primary causal agent of Fusarium ear and kernel rot in maize, producing fumonisin mycotoxins that are toxic to humans and domestic animals.

The four selected scFv antibodies were induced for expression by IPTG in E. coli. Periplasmic proteins were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane. After blocking with 5% (w/v) skimmed milk, the membrane was incubated with a monoclonal anti-His antibody and detected with AP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. The colorimetric reaction was carried out by adding BCIP/NBT substrate. M, protein molecular weight standards. Lanes 1 to 4, FvCA1, FvCA2, FvCA3 and FvCA4 antibodies.
