The Rabbit Anti-FOSL1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human FOSL1. FOS family proteins, like FOS and FOSL, form AP-1 complexes, regulating cellular proliferation and transformation, involved in apoptosis and differentiation processes through leucine zipper domain interactions. The anti-FOSL1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
