- The use of antibody 70-1F02 in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Inhibition and Neutralization has been reported.
Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay: Serial 10-fold dilutions of 70-1F02 antibody was made with the antibody diluent and added to the washed plates (50 ul/well).
Inhibition: 70-1F02 antibody is labeled with HRP conjugation kit, diluted in serum diluent, and added to the plates (50 ul/well). The estimated concentrations of HRP-conjugated 70-1F02 after dilution was 0.042 ug/ml.
