- The reactivity and specificity of anti-HBx antibody 2A7 was confirmed in both Western blot and immunofluorescence. 2A7 specifically recognizes all four HBx proteins (BPS, B6, B200, WT HBV isolates) expressed in HEK293T cells in both Western blot and immunofluorescence. For pull-down assay, cell lysates were first mixed with or without 2A7 (2 μg/ml).
