This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes Hemagglutinin and has potent neutralization activity against H5. It also cross-neutralizes H1N1, and exhibits potent neutralizing activity against H1-SC/1918 strain and moderate neutralizing activity against H1-PR-34 strain. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
