The PTM™ Mouse Anti-HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for human, mouse and rat HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27). Acetylated of HIST1H3A at lysine 27(H3K27ac) is associated with increased transcription and is considered an active enhancer mark. The anti-HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/100), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/600), Flow cytometry (1/500).
