The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for human HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27). HIST1H3A acetylation at lysine 27 (H3K27ac) is an epigenetic modification where the histone H3 protein undergoes acetylation at this site. This modification is associated with increased transcription and is considered a mark of active enhancers. The anti-HIST1H3A (acetyl Lys27) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20), Chromatin immunoprecipitation (1/20).
