Recombinant mouse antibody to Tat. MAb 27A8 recognized a linear epitope at Tat C-terminal domain, conserved only between Tats Oyi and HxB2 (identity 87%), but not in other Tat variants. MAb 27A8 bound only Tats Oyi and HxB2 with high affinities.
